History

Adapted from a drink originally named Breakfast in Milan by Dawid Steenkamp at Jamie Oliver's Barbecoa in London, England, and inspired by the Negroni and Salvatore's Breakfast Martini.

Review

A fruity but dry aperitif drink served 'up' but with a splash of prosecco sparkle.

WM Bernard
mad love. The best bitter-using preprandial and my new sub for an amaro spritz. I did not have the brand name red bitter but used Selecto. Also used lemon marmalade that was very syrupy (Litaly) and Ruggeri Prosecco. Oh how I am so happy I did not repurpose the marmalade. Fabulosity! Ok, off to put a bigger dent in that bubbly.
